Sriracha-Salted Avocado and Egg

2 eggs

Salt Cellar Sriracha-Infused Sea Salt

Pepper to taste


Add bacon, shrimp, cheese, herbs, etc.

To Make:

Slice the avocado and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.


Poach eggs to desired consistency.


Gently transfer eggs to avocados. Sprinkle with Sriracha-Infused Sea Salt and pepper, and serve.
